Duck Balancing (also known as Duck Walk Balancing) is a hilarious yet challenging activity where participants walk in a low, duck-like squat position while balancing objects or navigating obstacles. It tests core strength, leg endurance, balance, and coordination in a light-hearted way.

This activity often involves carrying items, racing teammates, or moving along a marked path without standing up. It's guaranteed to bring laughter while giving a great lower-body workout!
